The staff was exceptionally nice, making our stay comfortable. The service was good with great breakfasts and a nice pool. The free Wi-Fi worked quite well throughout the property. We appreciated our 3-night stay here.

Value and location

Noisy due to ball teams being on location. Room was located between 2 corridors and maid service started rolling their carts before 8am and it interrupted my sleep...when I was wanting to sleep in.

It's right on the freeway. Was clean.

Excellent location right in the heart of town. 🌟 I was pleasantly surprised by the nearby Baskin-Robbins where I found some yummy treats and beverages. My room came equipped with a cozy bed, central heating, a variety of TV channels, and even a microwave for added convenience.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We slept well, and the rooms were modern and very clean. The breakfast was delicious, with a large selectiuon for every diet and taste. We will definitely stay there again.

8 rooms were booked thru Booked.net and on Monday before we arrived I cancelled Fri night but kept Sat nite on one room. I sent a message to the hotel each persons name that was responsible for each room and what their eta was going to be. On wednesday I received a call from the hotel telling me the rate was $5 more than what I had booked on Booked.net because the rate had changed and Booked.net got it wrong. Course I told them no......I booked at this rate 6 months ago and if there was a issue they would need to talk to Booked.net because me as the customer should not have to pay for whomever's mistake it was. They also asked about the change and message and I made sure to tell them again and confirm they received the message. The lady said we were confused and didn't pay attention to the messages (I suggested they print it and lay it on the counter to have a list of each person and their arrival time---that's what most hotels in the past have done). That was my first clue this was gonna be interesting. We arrived Fri nite and when I checked in I made sure to inquire did they still have the one double room for Sat night and they assured me they did. At noon the next day we went to the office to give them the card info so when 3pm came to check in all we had to do was pick up the key. Well low and behold........they gave the room away and told me I cancelled it and they had no more rooms! I tried to show the lady my confirmation with all the info but she didn't want to look at it. She called Booked.net and told them I didn't have a reservation and told them they needed to tell me the customer that and handed me the phone. The Booked.net lady says you do have a reservation. I give the phone the back to the desk clerk and she says well we have no rooms. Not sure what Booked.net says to her but she says well I will just try and figure something out on my own you are no help and hung up on booking.

The total stay was exceptional on an one-day business trip. Brand-new rooms and very professional and helpful staff - we enjoyed it. The breakfast was great, with lots of different options.

The room was incredibly comfortable, with a roll-in shower, a large tub and the bathroom, slept really well. The hotel was in a GOOD location, in the middle of jackson. I found nice Chicken Express by accident, it was at a medium distance from the venue.

I recently stayed at a hotel just off the interstate and it was a great location! The staff were friendly and professional, and the rooms were exceptionally clean and fresh. The beds were very comfortable, and I had a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast options were impressive, with a variety of delicious choices like scrambled eggs, cheese omelette, sausage, biscuits and gravy. The breakfast area was well-maintained, and the staff there were friendly and helpful.

Recently stayed at a hotel in Hope and had a truly wonderful surprise! The hotel was immaculately clean and the room decor was modern and updated. We specifically requested a pet-friendly room and were delighted to find no signs of other pets in the room. The breakfast offered a delicious variety of options to choose from, including fruit, waffles, eggs, and oatmeal. The lady cooking breakfast was exceptionally friendly and gave us great recommendations for dinner and things to do in the area. our stay was a pleasant surprise and I would highly recommend this hotel.

We were there for 3 days, everything was great, truly enjoyed its marvellous and comfy location right by restaurants, and trucks. The room was pet-friendly and fairly quiet, had a clean bathroom.
